Alpha Anatomy is a full fledged social media fitness application. The app comes preloaded with over 400 exercises which users can use to create, edit, or complete workouts. These workouts can be created and completed while in the gym or can be scheduled for completion at a later date. As workouts are completed, data is captured and stored in Firestore. From this, users are able to monitor their progress on each exercise making sure they are progressing from week to week.

Fitness is inherently social. Alpha Anatomy recognizes this and has added a complete social media platform. Where users can create posts documenting their progress or share their completed workouts.
